Established in 2018, Alliance In Staffing took it’s time to developed a system like no other in it’s industry. Wanting to solve many problems that our society faces with work force, and employment. To offer services, helping bridge the gap between employer and employee. Creating a continuous relationship for both to grow.
With the foresight of the youth becoming the future of America, we created a Co-Op program. This High School program provides Jr’s and Sr’s the opportunity to work while enrolled in school. Understanding most students don’t have cars, or ability to afford insurance, we felt we must resolve this problem. So, we provide transportation for students, to all job locations.
We noticed the value of creating a 2nd Chance Program is critical to the growth of society. Offering job opportunities, resources, transportation, and equipment when needed for small offense individuals. Allowing one to provide for their family, participate in paying taxes, adding to the growth of our economy. Turning a liability situation to an asset, for the future of humanity.
We also incorporated with Alliance In Staffing the opportunity for Sub Contractors, and Handy Men. Their able to register, with providing their COI, Workman Comp, and W-9. After registration, Subs receive jobs from our investment property and commercial property management division. Providing jobs for local small business, start ups, and seasonal companies.
Our Value
The services we offer through our staffing division are, temporary placement, temp to hire, and direct placement. With temporary placement and temp to hire, we provide transportation if needed for all employees. With our Direct Placement, we allow other companies to register to our site. Able to upload their positions needed to be filled. This service is FREE to all companies, with NO monthly subscription. We’ll send candidates resumes to your company, and set up all interviews. If hired, these employees will be on a 90 day probation, and work through Alliance In Staffing. After the 90 days they will become your employee. Relieving Companies from the responsibilities of pay roll, insurance, and workman compensation. We want to make sure it’s a great fit for the employer and employee. Our slogan is
